How to Delete Your Data

You can request complete deletion of your personal data at any time.

Option 1: Through the App

1. Open Gudi AI
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion flow
5. Local and cloud data are scheduled for deletion

Option 2: By Email

Send a request to privacy@gudiai.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email.

What Gets Deleted

• Profile and account-related records
• Health and progress records
• AI conversation history
• Community content associated with your account
• Cloud backup and sync records

What May Be Retained

• Anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot identify you
• Records that must be retained due to legal obligations
• Store transaction records maintained by Apple or Google

Processing Timeline

• In-app requests: local deletion immediately, cloud deletion typically within 24 hours
• Email requests: processed within 30 calendar days
