How to Delete Your Data

Gudi AI respects your right to data deletion. You can request the complete removal of all your personal data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Through the App

1. Open Gudi AI
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion in the dialog
5. All local and cloud data will be permanently deleted

Option 2: Contact Us

Send an email to privacy@gudiai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Gudi AI account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and account information
• All health tracking data and check-ins
• AI conversation history
• Community posts and messages
• Progress data and achievements
• Cloud-synced backup data

What We Cannot Delete

• Anonymized, aggregated statistical data that cannot be linked back to you
• Data required to be retained by law
• Transaction records maintained by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Processing Timeline

• App deletion: Immediate — local data is removed instantly, cloud data within 24 hours.
• Email request: Within 30 calendar days.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the deletion process.
