Lebilla LLC, operating as Gudi AI ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign-In or email/password).

Health & Habit Data

Quit date, daily cigarette consumption, smoking history, craving levels, mood check-ins, and crisis events.

AI Conversation Data

Messages exchanged with the Gudi AI coach, including text and optional image uploads.

Usage Data

App interaction patterns, feature usage, and notification preferences.

Device Information

Device type, operating system, app version, and device identifiers for sync purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide personalized AI coaching and health tracking
  • To calculate health recovery metrics and progress analytics
  • To send context-aware notifications and daily reminders
  • To sync your data securely across devices
  • To improve our AI coaching models and app experience

We do NOT use your data for advertising.

4. AI Data Processing

  • Your conversations with Gudi are processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate personalized responses.
  • We send conversation context and your health statistics to generate relevant coaching.
  • AI responses are generated in real-time and are not pre-stored.
  • We do not use your personal conversations to train AI models.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Primary data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database.
  • Cloud sync uses Supabase with industry-standard encryption (AES-256).
  • Authentication is handled through secure protocols (OAuth 2.0 for Apple Sign-In, bcrypt for passwords).
  • We implement row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data.
  • Data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Gudi AI:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • OpenAI — AI conversation processing
  • Apple — Authentication via Sign in with Apple
  • Google Play / App Store — Payment processing for subscriptions
  • Expo — Push notification delivery

7. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data at any time.
  • Correction: Update or correct your personal information through the app.
  • Deletion: Request complete deletion of all your data (see our Data Deletion page).
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out: Disable cloud sync and use the app in offline-only mode.

8. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Deleted accounts: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
  • AI conversation logs: Retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

Gudi AI is not intended for children under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 17, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Gudi AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
