3. Medical Disclaimer

Gudi AI is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Health metrics are educational estimates based on published research. For medical concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Accounts and Security

• You may sign in with email/password or Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Each account is for individual use only.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Gudi AI offers Free and Pro plans.
• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Pricing shown in the app/store at purchase time is the source of truth.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled under store rules.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google based on their own policies.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Do not harass users or post harmful content in community spaces.
• Do not use automated abuse tools against the platform.

7. AI Coaching Limitations

• AI responses can be imperfect or incomplete.
• AI coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care.
• No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

8. User Journey Videos and Consent

• Journey videos are published only with explicit user consent.
• Displaying your full name on the website requires explicit consent.
• All submitted videos are subject to moderation and approval before publication.
• You can withdraw publication consent at any time via privacy@gudiai.com.
• If consent is withdrawn, publicly visible videos are removed within a reasonable operational period.

9. Liability and Changes

To the extent permitted by law, Lebilla LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these terms from time to time and will reflect updates in this page.
