By downloading, installing, or using Gudi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Gudi AI is a mobile application operated by Lebilla LLC that provides AI-powered coaching for smoking cessation and habit formation. The app includes health tracking, AI conversations, community features, and progress analytics.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Gudi AI is NOT a medical device or healthcare service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The health recovery metrics displayed in the app are based on published medical research but are estimates only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Account & Authentication

You may create an account using email/password or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is intended for use by a single individual. You must not share your account credentials with others.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Gudi AI offers both free and premium (Gudi Pro) tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
• We do not process payments directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass other users in community features
• Use automated tools to interact with the service

7. AI Coaching Limitations

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate.
• The AI coach is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the AI coaching features.
• The AI may occasionally provide unexpected or imperfect responses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in Gudi AI is owned by Lebilla LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application or its content without prior written permission.

9. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you must be respectful, supportive, and refrain from sharing harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lebilla LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Gudi AI if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at info@gudiai.com.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of Gudi AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
